Urban Forestry Guide is a consulting practice, not a tree service. It writes the reports cities, boards, courts and insurers rely on, and it does not sell or refer tree work. That independence is the product. Pick your situation.
Developers and architects
Tree protection plans, construction monitoring, tree inventories for the site plan, conditions-of-approval compliance.
HOAs and property managers
Tree inventory and risk management plan, annual inspection program, board-ready reports, enforcement and liability opinions.
Attorneys and insurers
Tree appraisals, expert reports, claim documentation, deposition and testimony.
Real estate agents and brokers
Pre-sale tree assessments, disclosure support, permit mapping for buyers.
How engagements work
- A short call or email to scope: address, what the city or the board is asking for, deadline.
- A written fee before the visit. Reports are 50 percent on acceptance, balance on delivery; site visits are paid at booking.
- Delivery in 7 to 10 business days after the visit for most reports; monitoring reports in 2.
Prices are published on the pricing page. Every ordinance fact in a report comes from the verified 56-city dataset, cited to the code section.
